Walnut PHP slice

We have also thought of gourmet lovers in the Park Hotel Ptuj. Along with aromatic coffee enjoy a delicious slice of Walnut PHP, which originates from the recipe from the head receptionist Sonja Simonič Mlakar. The slice contains the best ingredients and much love from making it.

It is made from freshly grounded home grown walnuts from Ptuj and cooked in milk. Among the ingredients are also freshly picked eggs and butter. The 70% chocolate that covers the slice gives it an extra special, magical taste.
